Place one hand on your chest
Breathe out slowly
Choose a card and read only the Whisper Weather first
Then read the Wisdom softly — like it’s speaking to you, not at you
You don’t need to do it perfectly.
Sometimes one small message is enough.
If you want to go deeper, choose one prompt only.
Write for just 3–5 minutes. Stop before it becomes effort.

What might this be inviting me to notice?
What would one steady step look like today?
Where could I soften, simplify, or be kinder to myself?
