What are Clarity Conversations?

A Clarity Conversation is a gentle, focused conversation designed to help you slow down, gain perspective, and notice what’s really happening beneath the surface.

You don’t need the right words or a clear goal. We start where you are — noticing what’s been holding your attention, exploring questions or patterns that may be present, and allowing insight to emerge naturally through conversation.

These conversations are reflective and practical. They create space for understanding and steadiness, without pressure to fix yourself or have everything worked out.

Inner clarity, wiser interactions

Understanding your inner weather doesn’t just shape how you feel within yourself — it also influences how you meet others.

At work, at home, and in everyday interactions, we’re constantly navigating other people’s expectations, emotions, and responses. When we’re unaware of our own patterns, these interactions can quietly pull us out of balance.

Manage My Rainbow isn’t about managing other people. It’s about noticing what’s being activated within you, adjusting expectations with clarity, and responding in ways that feel steadier and more intentional.

Ways we can work together

People come to Manage My Rainbow in different ways, depending on where they are and what feels most supportive at the time.

Some people begin with a Free Clarity Check-In — a short conversation to pause, talk things through, and see whether working together might be helpful.

Others prefer the reflective experience of a small group workshop, where insight can emerge through conversation, reflection, and gentle creative exploration.

And some choose one-to-one Clarity Conversations, meeting over a number of sessions to explore things more deeply and steadily over time.

There’s no single starting point — we simply explore what feels right for you.

Free Clarity Check-In

A gentle, no-pressure conversation to pause, talk things through, and explore whether working together feels right.

Duration: 20 minutes
Investment: Free

This is a short reflective check-in — not therapy, and with no expectation to continue beyond the conversation.

Workshops & Gatherings

Some people choose a workshop as a way to pause and reflect alongside others.

Small group spaces — including reflective workshops such as Discover the Message in Your Rainbow — that use conversation, metaphor, and gentle creative approaches to reconnect with clarity, meaning, and inner direction.

These workshops offer a shared pause, where insight can emerge through reflection, conversation, and creative expression.

At times, gatherings may also take place in more personal settings, such as someone’s home, shared with family or friends — always shaped with care and intention.

One-to-One Clarity Conversations

Ongoing reflective conversations that support clarity, perspective, and steadiness during times of stress, transition, or uncertainty.

These are calm, neuro-informed, one-to-one conversations designed to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with what matters most.

Duration: 60 minutes
Investment: AU$150 per session (incl. GST)

Sessions are booked one at a time, with no obligation to commit beyond what feels supportive.

And for some, simply spending time with the ideas here — reading, reflecting, or returning when the moment feels right — is enough for now.
