Rainbow WeatherScreen – Manage My Rainbow

Rainbow WeatherScreen™

Life brings all kinds of weather, both within us and around us.

The Rainbow WeatherScreen™ is a quick reflective check-in across 10 areas that can influence how you meet the day.

What will Today’s Forecast show you?

Your Weather Protection Factor™ (WPF) is a score between 10 and 60 that gives you a quick sense of how resourced you feel right now.

It isn’t a percentage, pass mark or prediction. Your forecast may also highlight a few areas worth noticing and suggest Weather Protectors that could support you through the day.

Before you begin

Some days we feel well rested, clear headed and connected. Other days, poor sleep, low energy, stress or simply having too much going on can make the day feel harder to meet.

Taking a moment to notice your current reserves can help you manage your rainbow with a little more awareness and intention.

How it works

Rate each area from 1 to 6 based on how you feel today.

1 = this area needs more support 6 = this area feels well supported

There are no right or wrong answers. Try not to overthink each response. Choose the number that feels closest to where you are today.

It is simply one way of noticing what may help you manage your rainbow today.

Today’s focus

These are simply the areas standing out most in today’s forecast. They are useful places to notice. They are not a judgement or diagnosis.
