What are Clarity Conversations?

A Clarity Conversation is a gentle, focused conversation designed to help you slow down, gain perspective, and untangle what feels unclear or heavy.

You don’t need the right words or a clear goal. We start where you are — noticing what’s been holding your attention, exploring questions or patterns that may be present, and allowing insight to emerge naturally through conversation.

These conversations are reflective and practical. They create space for understanding and steadiness, without pressure to fix yourself or have everything worked out.

What coaching with me looks like

My coaching style is calm and steady. I don’t analyse, diagnose, or therapise. My work is grounded in established coaching frameworks and neuro-informed practice, and shaped by a reflective approach. I help you slow down, notice what’s really going on beneath the surface, and make sense of your inner “weather” in a way that feels practical and supportive.

Sessions are conversational rather than structured. There’s no pressure to perform, share more than you want, or arrive with clear answers. We work at your pace, using simple language and gentle questioning to support clarity and steadiness.

This work is about creating space — space to think more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and sense what might feel like a gentle, manageable next step.

Ways we can work together

People come to Manage My Rainbow in different ways, depending on where they are and what they need at the time. There’s no single starting point — we simply explore what feels most supportive for you.

Free Clarity Check-In

A gentle, no-pressure conversation to pause, talk things through, and explore whether working together feels right.

Duration: 20–25 minutes
Investment: Free

This is a short, reflective check-in — not coaching or therapy — and there is no expectation to continue beyond this conversation.

Clarity Conversations (1:1)

Ongoing reflective conversations that support clarity, perspective, and steadiness during times of stress, transition, or uncertainty.

These are calm, neuro-informed, one-to-one conversations designed to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with what matters most.

Duration: 60 minutes
Investment: AU$150 per session (incl. GST)

Sessions are booked one at a time, with no obligation to commit beyond what feels supportive.

Workshops & Gatherings

Small group spaces — including reflective workshops such as Discover the Message in Your Rainbow — that use conversation, metaphor, and gentle creative approaches to reconnect with meaning, clarity, and inner direction.

These workshops offer a shared pause, where insight can emerge through reflection, conversation, and creative expression.

At times, gatherings may also take place in more personal settings, such as someone’s home, shared with family or friends — always shaped with care and intention.

Some people choose a workshop as a way to pause and reflect alongside others.
Others prefer a short series of one-to-one conversations to explore things more deeply over time.
And for some, simply spending time with the ideas here — reading, reflecting, or returning when the moment feels right — is enough for now.
